When suppliers log into DistributorCentral, they will notice their Product Update Format and Method displayed clearly beneath the search bar on every page. This long-awaited feature is set to revolutionize product management, allowing suppliers to quickly access essential information and streamline their processes.

Additionally, we’re enhancing the Bulk Product Manager to deliver a customized experience tailored to each supplier’s specific Product Update Format. This upgrade features helpful alerts throughout the import and export processes, guiding suppliers on effectively updating their data in DC. Suppliers will also be restricted to exporting formats that align with their data complexity, ensuring a smoother experience and minimizing the risk of import errors.

Key Feature Updates

Here are some of the key feature updates you can look forward to:

• Export Capability: Accounts using DC’s new Simple or Advanced Spreadsheet formats can now export their data directly through the Bulk Product Manager, giving suppliers greater control over their data.
• Automatic Imports: Both Simple and Advanced Spreadsheet imports will now be automatically integrated into DC, similar to how attributes spreadsheet imports currently function. This will save time and reduce the chances of error.
• Logging Data Exports: We’ve revamped the way we track data by renaming the “Imports” table to “Imports/Exports.” This new feature will log all data exports within the Bulk Product Manager, providing better insights and transparency.
